1. What if I m unsure of the exact quantities or components required for my project?
If you have working drawings we can confirm your quantities are correct. Please note that whilst we are happy to help with this we do not provide a full estimating service.
2. How do I receive my Goods?
  • All orders are available for pick up from our warehouse by prior arrangement.
  • All orders are subject to standard lead times which may vary depending on the products ordered.
  • All lead times will be specified when your quote is confirmed.
3. Can you carry out a ‘Site Measure’ for my project?
We offer a ‘Supply only’ service. Due to Workcover and Insurance liabilities, we are not structured to carry out site inspections or site measures. We can confirm with you all critical information we require to ensure your order is correct.
4. Can I purchase components ‘Over the Counter’?
Yes, we have a counter sale service available. This is limited to stock items in smaller quantities. To fast track your order it is always preferable to place it beforehand. We can then advise you when it will be ready for pick up.
5. What if I can’t find what I want in your catalogue?
Please ask! While the catalogue includes most of our products we most likely can still help you. We can source most partition related products but if we can’t supply your requested product we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
6. I have a large requirement, is there a better price?
We endeavour to provide all our customers with not only a quality product but also a low delivered price. There are usually additional savings that can be passed along with large orders. Viking Laminates & Joinery welcomes any request for a pricing review in the hopes of added savings for the customer. Please call, fax or e-mail any request for large order pricing to us.
